Once Upon A Child has their Halloween costumes out on the racks. Why is this good news? In 2017, American consumers spent a little over $9 billion dollars (yes, billion) on Halloween purchases and $3.4 billion of that went for costumes. Save yourself some money and buy your costumes used. Most costumes have only been worn a couple times, or just once, used costumes tend to be in good shape.
