Emily Mefort Music Studio invites you to Harry Potter Summer Music Camp. This camp injects an element of fun, magic and mystery into the world of music study. We will delve into numerous musical styles, skills and games. Through “house” adventures, Harry’s Summer Music Campers strengthen rhythmic skills, listening skills, rudiments of theory and music history. Games played at camp reinforce not only musical knowledge and skill but promote a strong sense of teamwork and camaraderie.
Harry’s Summer Music Camp will include: secret messages by Owl Post, theory games, obstacle courses, potion fclasses, Ollivander’s conducting wands and other “magic” activities. We will play Harry Potter themed musical ensembles on many instruments including pianos, boomwhackers, xylophones, hand drums, and a few special surprises! Hogwarts Acceptance Letters will be mailed to all campers. You have my guarantee this camp will be imaginative, immersive, and magical. Any level of previous piano/music experience is welcome (including no experience!)
- Days/Dates: Monday-Friday, June 1-5, 2:00-3:30 or 4:00-5:30 (two identical sessions)

Parent Review: Miss Emily’s summer camps are full of excitement and imagination! She exposes children to music in a unique and comfortable environment, whether or not they have had any experience with music, working with them at their level. My daughters have participated in several of her camps — they love how they get to learn about music and have FUN at the same time! Miss Emily’s camps are a great way for children to be introduced to music or for children to continue learning about music over the summer. They are an excellent balance of education and fun, providing a way for kids to learn without even realizing they’re learning. I highly recommend adding one of Miss Emily's camps to your summer schedule!
