Bright Lights Program Registration Day is March 21, 2020

Bright Lights Summer Class Registration opens on  March 21, 2020 at 8:00 AM. Get ready! Here are tips to register:

1) Have your classes chosen beforehand. Check out the class catalog here. Encourage your student to make a second and even third choice in case his/her first choice has filled.

2) Go to the site at 8:00 AM. Please note that you will not need an account beforehand to register. Your account will be created at the end of the registration process. If you signed up for Bright Lights classes last year, you will already have an account with Active Network (our registration system). If you have forgotten your password or if you need to change the email address associated with your account, you can go to Active.com, sign in, and update that information at any time. You can do this even before Bright Lights' registration opens, but you will NOT be able to select classes yet.

3) Students should register according to the grade that’s are currently in (as of March 21, 2020).

4) Choose your classes! Each year, there are always some classes that are more popular than others. Some classes fill quickly because, due to space and equipment limitations, only a small number of students can be accommodated. We have never reached 100% capacity so don't give up if your first choice isn't available.

5) Didn't get in the class that you were hoping for? You may choose to place your student on a waitlist, in which case no payment is collected unless a spot opens up. However, we cannot guarantee if or when a spot will open up, and in the meantime your student may miss out on registering for other classes where spots are still available.

6) What is the refund policy? “A minimum of $15 per camp will be charged if a student withdraws between March 21 through April 1. A minimum of $50 per camp will be charged if a student withdraws between April 2 through May 15. After May 15, no refunds will be issued. If your plans change and your student is unable to attend their registered camp, we will make every effort to place the student in an alternate choice. We do not charge a rescheduling fee if the student transfers to a different camp in Summer 2020.If you need to switch camps, please contact the Bright Lights office at 402-420-1115 ext. 45 or email registrations@brightlights.org. A student may be transferred to another camp by Bright Lights staff at no additional charge. If you choose to register your student for another camp online yourself and then want to cancel the initial registration, the above refund policy for cancellation will apply.”
