Researchers at UNL are studying relationships between early math environments and children’s math skills. We are inviting preschool-aged children and their families to participate.
To participate in this research, your child must:
- Be 3 to 5 years old
- Understand English
- Attend a childcare program

Participation in this study involves:
- Parent completing an online questionnaire at home
- Parent recording and uploading two parent-child engagement videos. Instructions will be provided. (Videos are around 10 minutes)
- Your child completing math activities with researcher at your home. Researcher can meet inside or outside the home (yard) and masks and gloves are worn at all times.
- Your child’s teacher completing an online questionnaire
- Parents will receive $50, teachers will receive $30, and children will receive a child book for participation
