Park of the Week: Wilderness Park

By Mary Monahan December 3, 2020

Wilderness Park is Lincoln's largest park with over 1,400 acres. We like to go to Wilderness Park during fall through early spring (no bugs). We walked/hiked through Wilderness Park just last weekend (November 28, 2020).  There are many different parts of this park with several entrances. Wilderness Park is very wooded with some meadows and a stream running through it along with walking, biking and horse riding trails.
