The YMCA of Lincoln has built two new playgrounds and they are for community use! Both Copple Family Y Playround and Fallbrook Y Playground opened recently. Copple Family Y Playground is be a great park for toddlers and preschoolers.

LOCATION
- The Copple Y is located at 8700 Yankee Woods Dr Ste B (84th and near Old Cheney). The Copple Y playground is on the North side of the building (right next to their outdoor pool). The playground is next to an outdoor area for a middle school so you may be next to middle schoolers during parts of the day.
SPECIAL FEATURES & PLAYGROUND NOTES
- There is a walking path that goes around the Copple Y and into the surrounding areas.
- There is green space around the playground along with two basketball courts that are part of the attached middle school.
- The climbing wall octagons are great! Multiple kids can use these at a time and they are a unique structure that you don't see in other parks.
BATHROOMS, PARKING & OTHER AMENITIES
- There are no public drinking fountains or bathrooms
- Copple Y has lots of parking. While there isn't parking directly next to the playground there are many lots near it.
