Mornings at the Museum-Lincoln Children's Museum is opening its doors for free admission, inviting parents and their little ones to explore, learn, and play together without the usual rush. But that’s not all—visitors can also enjoy a free coffee bar. September 4, 11, 18, 25
Forest Festival Family Fun Night-Join us for free, outdoor fun! Activities will include tree-climbing, inflatable axe throwing, archery, wildlife encounters, hayrack rides, kids' game, nature scavenger hunts, and much more! September 6.
🐛Curious Caterpillars- Join us for outdoor exploration designed for infants, toddlers, and preschool-age children. There will be a nature discovery area, live animals, a wildlife habitat station, and a nature crafts station. September 7.
Schramm After Dark: Spider Night Hike-We will use flashlights to search for sparkling webs and reflective eyes as we hunt for amazing arachnids on the Hackberry Trail. September 12.
Latino Festival 2024-Join us September 14th, 2024 at Antelope Park from 2pm - 7pm for delicious food, beautiful music and performances, resource and vendor booths, and so much more. September 14.
Harvest Moon Festival 2024-Come join us for the Asian Center’s annual Harvest Moon Festival, a celebration of cultural diversity in Lincoln! Guests will enjoy a variety of cultural performances, music, food, and activities. September 22.
Girls in Aviation Day-Girls will embark on an exciting journey into the world of aviation and aerospace, where they'll meet inspiring role models and explore airplanes and the LNK airport up close. This unique experience will be filled with fun, hands-on activities, including exclusive FAA tower tours, offering a glimpse into thrilling career and lifestyle possibilities in the skies. September 22.
Creature Comforts: Crafting Homes for Wild Neighbors-In this workshop, families will create a frog and toad abode to place in their backyard. September 26.
🎼 Hub & Soul Music Series-We’re so excited to bring music, food, and fun to one of our beautiful parks in Lincoln - Union Plaza. September 27
LNK Outdoor Movie Series: Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs-Prepare for an unforgettable evening as Allo Fiber presents a screening of Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs. Bring your blankets, chairs, and favorite snacks for a relaxing night with friends and family. Savor a diverse array of delicious offerings from local food trucks, enjoy engaging kids' activities, and support our food drive, with all proceeds going to The Food Bank of Lincoln. September 27.
