Martin Luther King Jr Free Admission Day
Join us, in partnership with Linked2 Literacy, at the Nebraska History Museum for MLK Jr. Day: “One Community: It Starts with Me” with free admission and fun activities for all ages! This event highlights the importance of unity, education, and service in building a stronger community. Join us and our partner Linked2 Literacy to learn about the incredible programs offered, including Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library, which promotes early literacy by delivering free books to children from birth to age five. Activities include a unity collage, an agamograph craft, a STEM challenge, and create a sticker station.

Our deliberate theme for 2025 is ‘Subscribe: A Walk Together In Love′. This theme defines the 2025 Rally events and programming while showing our resolve for all the work we will do this upcoming calendar year and beyond. The pioneering work of Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. and Dr. Leola Bullock has given us the power to be transformational in our charge. As King noted, "Power at its best is love implementing the demands of justice, and justice at its best is power correcting everything that stands against love."
