Description
A mural project in Lincoln, NE hosted by LUX Center for the Arts that seeks to bring joy to our community and uplift small businesses as we emerge from Covid-19 together.
Emerge LNK intends to promote North Lincoln small businesses by making the streets more walkable and drawing positive attention to the neighborhood – in the hopes of making University Place a destination within Lincoln, NE. Through this project, we hope to enrich the vibrant and diverse neighborhood we call home.
The project will elevate the voices of regional, national and international artists through a mix of temporary and permanent mural installations that will be unveiled on September 3rd, 2021. Emerge LNK will also inspire the exploration and appreciation for street art through a Street Art Family Festival, Low Rider Car Show, and Emerge + Splurge community shopping event.
Be a part of the excitement and join us as we EMERGE together this September!
