The Harvest Moon Festival is one of our major annual events. It is observed by people from most Asian countries, particularly those in East and Southeast Asia. The Harvest Moon festival celebrates the harvest and the season of fall, and its roots date back to customs of the Zhou Dynasty (1046 - 256 BC). Join in the celebration featuring family-friendly activities, multi-ethnic cuisine, cultural performances, live music, and so much more!
The Asian Community and Cultural Center expands this to celebrate with all cultures. We invite local businesses to participate and reach out to community members. This event is especially important for new arrivals to explore what Lincoln has to offer! Join us this September to make unforgettable memories and learn more about other cultures!
