Dia de los Muertos- Free Admission Day at the Nebraska History Museum

Join us at the Nebraska History Museum for Dia de los Muertos (Day of the Dead)! Our Education team has developed family-friendly activities that show you how to celebrate family and friends with our memory activity, take home the resources to make your own shoebox ofrenda, learn about the Nebraska Historic Marker program, and much more!

Plus, you can vote for your favorite History Nebraska ofrenda. Our staff have created ofrendas that honor notable Nebraskans that will be on display. The winning ofrenda will be displayed at the Dia de los Muertos Festival at Antelope Park on Sunday, November 5th, from 11:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., hosted by El Centro de las Americas.
