UNL East Campus Nut Farm Tour

Description

Did you know that UNL's East campus is home to a nut orchard on a vastly overlooked area of campus.

Join Conservation Nebraska and Bob Henrickson from the Nebraska Statewide Arboretum as we tour this little gem and learn about a part of nature's pantry, as well as the ecosystem services they provide. Depending on the trees, we might even be able to take home a little harvest! 

We will provide a map in subsequent communication for those who have registered in advance. This is an outside event with lots of walking, so dress comfortably. As we get closer to the event, a rain date will be determined if it becomes necessary.
