Lincoln City Libraries and Lincoln Transportation and Utilities are teaming up with Santa Claus on Saturday, December 7 to bring holiday cheer to the citizens of Lincoln. Visit Santa and see a snowplow up close. Then pop inside the branch for holiday refreshments and a craft!
